I am passionate about educating, empowering, supporting and advocating for women and their partners throughout their pregnancy, birth and early postpartum journey - to help you birth in the way that you want (whether it’s your first or 5th birth).
I help you navigate the Israeli Healthcare system to help make your birth journey as smooth and positive as possible. I have a background in women’s health nursing (Registered Nurse and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner from the U.S.) and over a decade of birth doula experience. I also help translate, provide information and advocate for you with the medical staff (Hebrew, English, medical terminology).
