Hi, I’m Janice! I’m a qualified, bilingual doula and childbirth educator. I live in central Israel with my husband and three children.

Since 2011, I’ve had the privilege of guiding families through pregnancy, birth, and beyond, with warmth, knowledge, and care. My work is rooted in the belief that every family deserves to feel supported, informed, and empowered through their unique journey. Over the years, I’ve expanded my skills to offer a truly holistic approach to care and support, drawing from training in reflexology, lactation counseling, birth processing (B.O.T) and as a postpartum doula.

I work with families in Jerusalem, central Israel, and many areas in between, always meeting parents where they are and tailoring support to their needs.
