I offer comprehensive pre- and postnatal care in Israel. My online birth course provides practical and emotional tools, along with information to navigate the Israeli maternity system. As doula in Jerusalem I provide informational, physical and emotional support before, during and after birth. I specialize in trauma-informed care, including birth processing after difficult births and birth preparation for survivors of sexual violence, women with significant fears about childbirth, etc. (B.O.T. certified). Bodywork, such as prenatal massage and postpartum 'closing of the bones' treatment, is also available. My goal is to create a supportive and safe space for women and couples, offering knowledge, physical care, and emotional support.
