Hi, I'm Emilie, a birth and postpartum doula with over 5 years of experience supporting women and families across central Israel and the Sharon region.

I trained in Paris at École du Bien-Être, founded by Sonia Krief, creator of the Therapeutic Baby Bath and the only institution authorized to teach this unique method. I was honored to be appointed ambassador in Israel, and I'm one of the few practitioners in the country offering this care.

My work centers on supporting families through the tender moments of the perinatal journey — from pregnancy preparation through the early postpartum days and the first bonding experiences with their newborn.

🛁 Therapeutic baby bath

My signature service, offered as close to birth as possible and during the first three weeks of life. This gentle water ritual helps babies release tensions related to birth, recreate the sensation of the womb, and encourages deep relaxation and emotional expression. For parents, it becomes a powerful moment of connection and bonding.

🤰 Prenatal massage

To relieve tension and recenter the body during pregnancy, from the 4th month onward (depending on medical recommendations).

🧘‍♀️ Postpartum massage

To support recovery, from 2–3 weeks after birth (or week 6 after cesarean with medical clearance).

🤱🏻 Breastfeeding support

From birth and throughout the postpartum period (certified lactation guide / Madrichat Hanaka).

Supporting women before, during, and after birth is a privilege. I love guiding families through every stage so they feel supported, confident, and empowered.
