Hi! I am a Pediatric Registered Dietitian and a mom to two young children, passionate about helping families achieve sustainable, healthy eating habits.

With over five years of clinical expertise gained in a central Israeli hospital (including the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Gastroenterology, Allergy, and Metabolic departments) I combine deep clinical knowledge with practical, family-friendly guidance.

In addition to my hospital work, I offer private consultation in the Tel Aviv area as well as Zoom sessions (fluent in both Hebrew and English).

My approach is highly personalized: I believe that each child and family is unique and so are their nutritional needs. I work closely with parents to find practical and personalized solutions that fit their lifestyles and routines. I provide ongoing follow-ups and guidance between sessions, making sure parents feel fully supported and confident every step of the way to ensure their children thrive and reach optimal growth potential.
