About

Rebekah Pearlman

Hi! I’m Rebekah, a certified birth educator and doula living in Tel Aviv for over a decade, and a mother of three. My practice is rooted in the belief that birth and the postpartum period are powerful, transformative times that deserve care, presence, and support.

I welcome and support all approaches to birth– whether you’re hoping for a natural, unmedicated experience, planning for an epidural, or simply keeping your options open. My training included hospital-based learning, giving me a deep understanding of medical birth settings, while I’m also well-versed in natural comfort measures, positioning, breathing, and holistic techniques. This allows me to meet you wherever you are and provide tools that align with your preferences.

I offer families:

👩‍⚕️ Birth Preparation & Education: Helping expectant parents feel confident and informed with practical knowledge, emotional readiness, and communication tools.

👶 Birth Support: Continuous care before, during, and after labor, holding space for your unique birth journey with calm guidance and encouragement.

👩‍🍼 Postpartum Care: Nourishing meals, newborn scheduling guidance, emotional support, and a listening ear during the early weeks of parenthood. Families who choose me receive a thoughtful blend of evidence-based knowledge, hands-on guidance, and heartfelt companionship.

My goal is simple: to make you and your partner feel seen, supported, and never alone on your path through birth and beyond.

Real feedback from real patients

"I genuinely couldn't recommend Rebekah more. She was my doula for my second birth, originally I didn't think I'd hire one, but I'm so glad I did. From start to finish, Rebekah was there for me. I never felt like I was bothering her: she was always at the end of the phone, always knew exactly what steps to take. Having her there during the birth made such a huge difference. I don't think I would have had such a positive experience without her."
